Mapping To BlackOasis

BlackOasis is a Middle Eastern threat group that is believed to be a customer of Gamma Group. The group has shown interest in prominent figures in the United Nations, as well as opposition bloggers, activists, regional news correspondents, and think tanks. A group known by Microsoft as NEODYMIUM is reportedly associated closely with BlackOasis operations, but evidence that the group names are aliases has not been identified. Disclaimer: We present this mapping to stimulate thinking about engagement activities to take advantage of the historically observed behavior of adversary, not to present all possibilities. We invite you to use this as a guide, understanding that adversary behavior is constantly changing and evolving.

Note: All ATT&CK Group sub-activity mappings have been remapped to their parent activity and were derived from Group Technique mappings in ATT&CK v8.
